Fifteen-year-old Lara finds her soulmate. There’s just one problem – he’s her teacher.

Lara’s life is far from perfect, but being an upbeat kind of person she saves her venting for her diary. It’s the only place she can let out her true feelings about the family dramas and hideous bullying she has to face every day.

And then a shining light comes out of the darkness – the new young and MALE teacher, Mr Jagger. The one person who takes Lara seriously and notices her potential. The one person who is kind to her. The one person who she falls madly and hopelessly in love with. The one person who cannot love her back … can he?

This book is so amazing , i even said so on twiter:

I’m really find it hard to write Lara is fifteen years old , who’s life is shattered but one day gran gives her a diary she writes in it  ,this were she can talk about her problems in her life. but then she meets a trainee teacher called Mr Jagger and he is the only one who understands her and all sudden she starts to fall in love with him.

So Why do I love it , will the why she writes the diary entry’s are ARE LIKE OMG LOVE ITTTTTTTT Is so good and so good  I will not able pull off a diary entry like that. the way the characters our write we can see the personality very clear , speak of characters love Mr Jagger and Lara  LIKE OMG SHIP THEM MEN SHIP.

McIntye writs about  Lara and here problems in a way that makes us feel sorry for them , you just when to tell Molly and sam   shut up and stop bulling Lara because THEY ARE IDOTS LIKE BIG IDOITS. Me and Mr J even makes you laugh so much because  Lara pretty funny character.
